These Terms of Service govern your use of Andy’s Accent Academy website and services, operated by Andy’s Accent Academy OU. By using this site or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide coaching and related educational services. Service details, formats, schedules, and availability may change from time to time.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and booking information.
- Use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not copy, resell, or misuse course materials without permission.
Payments
Paid services are subject to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout, invoice, or enrollment confirmation.
- Monthly plans (Self-Paced $130, Blended Coaching $240 and Full Live Coaching $460 a month) renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.
- The Flagship Program ($7,500) is paid in three instalments of $2,500.
- The discovery call is a paid call of $45, credited to your next payment when you join a one-to-one plan, and refunded if Andy cancels it.
- Every one-to-one plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your progress after the first month. Group classes are one payment for the 8-week course: you get a full refund if you ask before the end of week 2, and no refund after that. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and training materials are protected intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
