Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to coaching services provided by Andy’s Accent Academy, operated by Andy’s Accent Academy OU.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your progress after your first month on any plan, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. Email ask@youraccentcoach.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 310 430 2207.
Plans and Payments
- Monthly plans (Self-Paced $130/month, Blended Coaching $240/month, Full Live Coaching $460/month) renew each month and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month you've already paid for stays yours to use.
- Full Live Coaching, 3 months upfront ($1,250) covers three months of Full Live Coaching, paid once.
- Flagship Program ($7,500) is paid in three instalments of $2,500.
- Group classes ($85 with Andy, $45 with an associate coach) are one payment for the 8-week course. You get a full refund if you ask before the end of week 2; there are no refunds after week 2. The 30-day money-back guarantee below applies to the one-to-one plans, not the group classes.
- Prices are in USD. Your bank or card provider converts from your own currency.
Discovery Call
- The discovery call is a paid 20-minute Zoom call for $45. Your booking is confirmed once it's paid.
- When you join a one-to-one plan, the $45 is taken off your next payment (group classes not included).
- If Andy cancels your call, the $45 is refunded in full, or moved to a new time if you prefer.
Sessions
- Apart from the 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-to-one plans, a coaching session that has been delivered is non-refundable.
- Missed sessions without notice may be treated as used sessions.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide reasonable notice in advance. We will do our best to offer an alternative time based on availability.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request with your booking or payment details to ask@youraccentcoach.com. Anything not covered above is reviewed in good faith, case by case.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
